Canapés/Antipasti/Starters

Table Roast Meats

Rosemary & garlic English leg of lamb; loin of local breed pork or local topside/sirloin of beef.

Whole Flat Iron or Rump Steaks- 

Seasoned with pink pepper corn & herbs. 

BBQ Platters -

Mixed marinated chicken; Owen Taylor award winning sausage; prime steak beef burgers; lamb kofta; corn on the cob; spatchcock poussin; marinated belly pork or lamb steaks.
